    1. 30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

    2. Eligibility Criteria To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

    • Condition: The item must be in its original, unused condition.

    • Packaging: All original tags must be attached, and the item must be in its original packaging.

    • Hygiene & Safety: For the safety of our customers, items showing signs of long-term wear or usage cannot be accepted for return.

    3. Return Shipping Fees

    • Quality Issues: If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, SpringSeaon will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

    • Standard Returns: If you are returning an item due to personal preference (e.g., color, change of mind), a flat $7 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

    • Credit Timeline: The refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
